Job Overview:

As the Retention Marketing Manager for two distinct brands, you will be a key player in driving significant and measurable improvement to our existing customers LTV through maximizing purchasing frequency and overall performance of our Ecommerce platform. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive retention strategies, expanding our customer base, improving our customer experience and conversion rate optimization through testing, building and enhancing customer journeys, collaborating with external partners and agencies, and managing retention analytics and reporting. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in customer retention and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities:

Retention Marketing Strategy : Develop and execute innovative retention marketing strategies, particularly through Email and SMS campaigns, aimed at fostering customer loyalty and maximizing customer lifetime value. Implement segmentation strategies, personalized marketing approaches based on customer behavior, preferences, and lifecycle stages.Customer Experience/Journey Enhancement : Analyze and optimize customer journeys and define automation opportunities to ensure a seamless and engaging experience throughout the entire buying process, identifying opportunities for improvement and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement enhancements.Compliance & Best Practices:

Stay updated on global data privacy laws and email/SMS marketing regulations, ensuring that all campaigns adhere to compliance standards and embody best practices.Segmentation:

Manage and segment customer databases for targeted campaigns, employ A/B testing for continuous improvement, and monitor campaign performance to drive optimizations.Conversion Rate Optimization : Lead A/B testing and optimization initiatives to improve conversion rates, overall user experience, and collaborate with the UX/UI team to implement improvements based on testing outcomes.Agency & Partner Collaboration : Work closely with external agencies and partners, including software vendors like Attentive and Klaviyo, to align strategies and ensure seamless execution of campaigns, providing guidance and feedback to agencies based on performance data and business objectives.Analytics and Reporting : Utilize analytics tools to monitor and report weekly on key performance indicators related to retention marketing, site conversion rates, and customer experience metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mathematics, or a related field.Proven experience (5+ years) in e-commerce, specifically in customer retention, CRM, or loyalty program management for multiple brands.Expertise in using CRM software, data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics), and email/ SMS marketing platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, Attentive, Salesforce Marketing Cloud).Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively across different teams and stakeholders.Creative thinking with a customer-first mindset, adept at solving problems and generating innovative solutions.Knowledge of the latest trends in e-commerce, digital marketing, and consumer behavior.Leadership ability, entrepreneurial attitude, and an exceptional team player.Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and other business programs as necessary.
