Email/SMS Marketing Manager
Will be responsible for Email/SMS/Direct Mail. All brand communication to leads and customers through our CRM and ESP channels.
Summary of responsibilities
Create email/sms monthly calendar for communication strategyIncreases CLV through personalized automated journeysWrites and submits email briefs for the copywriting & art teamOptimization testing and reporting to improve and update email/sms best practicesMaintain a healthy email domain by conducting regular list cleaning and spam testingOversees QA for all email/sms communication before publishingStrategize and execute automated direct mail campaigns for retention & acquisitionCreate customer journeys from acquisition to retention to increase LTVImplements new technology to improve lead generation, engagement, and retentionNeeds experience working with Klaviyo and Attentive
Salary
$75-90K (depending on experience) + up to 20% bonus (based off of company performance)
