Goodwin is seeking a talented Temporary Coordinator, Creative Operations to join our award-winning Creative team within our global Marketing and Communications department. This unique role at a top-ranked global 50 law firm offers the opportunity to join a collaborative working environment and create leading-edge work to support the firm's global brand.

The Temporary Coordinator, Creative Operations is responsible for the intake of all creative projects through our workflow management tool, Workfront. This individual will also manage and support the execution of firmwide headshots each quarter in our US offices. The ideal candidate will be a critical thinker and organized problem-solver with excellent communication skills, who is eager to refine and grow their understanding of creative and marketing project management and operations.

What You'll Do:

Operations: 60%Review and process all incoming creative requests through WorkfrontUnderstand and think critically about incoming requests and projects; seek additional information from stakeholders and flag requests when needed to internal team membersElevate non-standard requests and advise stakeholders on next stepsMaintain status and process documents and bi-weekly reportsHeadshot Management: 40%

Plan and execute quarterly headshot sessions in each of our US offices; includes scheduling dates with the photographers, handling day-of shoot logistics, and processing invoicesCoordinate creative production on headshots and distribute the necessary files to relevant partner teamsManage firmwide communications regarding upcoming headshot sessions via email and our intranetDiligently monitor the "Headshots" email inbox, promptly addressing any inquiries or concerns as they ariseWho You Are:

Minimum 2 years of professional experience in marketing, creative project management, or related fieldIn-house/brand-side experience strongly preferred; professional services experience a plusExperience using workflow or project management tools; Workfront knowledge strongly preferredAbility to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and stay organizedExcellent communication skills and attention to detailStrong problem-solving abilities, particularly under pressure; able to effectively manage multiple deadlines and projectsA team player who is adaptable and collaborativeProficiency in industry standard software including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; basic or intermediate knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite a plus
