business acumen to help define and improve our buyer process and increase our customer lifetime value.Job Location:

Primarily in our Glendale Heights corporate office. Some time is spent traveling to school locations within 20-45 minutes of the office. This is an on-site position.Position Responsibilities:Marketing Strategy and Media Planning/Buying in Chicago MarketCreate an annual plan and manage budgets, negotiate contracts, and procure creative assets for the campaigns. Support the ad buy and strategy for the region.Execute the approved plan and spend o for all schools including provide creative, content, and data.Have basic graphic design experience using Canva.Research and evaluate competitor marketing and digital content.Write content for sponsored blogs, email marketing, and customer materials. Ability to create content and campaigns for email marketing programs.Accurately analyze and collect data for various type of reports and dashboards to convey results that provide actionable insights to grow revenue.Drive adoption of processes for school leadership to align with revenue goals.Innovate and plan new methods to increase inquiry and tour conversions, sales strategy effectiveness, the tour experience.Sales Management and SupportAdministrative management and full oversight of the CRM database.Ensuring inquiries are accepted and responded to by the academy management in the established timeframe.Review weekly inquiries, tours, enrollments and conversions.Daily review of opportunities in CRM and support schools in analyzing unconverted leads and finding ways to convert each one.Ongoing campaigns in CRM targeting all age groups or specific groups if needed.Responsible for training and engagement of the management with the platform.Accurately analyze and collect data for various type of reports and dashboards to convey results that provide actionable insights to grow revenue.Apply business acumen to help define and improve business process flow in the CRM and connecting platforms (through definition of best practices, generate ideas for improvement and management of special projects).Drive CRM adoption and business benefits thought day to day support, training, and engagement with the user community.Quarterly + Annual reporting and analysis.Manage Tech Stack and Social Media ChannelsPlan, create, write, curate and schedule content on all of our social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn). Coach school leadership to get photos and videos. Visit each school to collect photos and videos for future social media content that is school-specific. Manage the library of visual assets for schools to be used in social media and in ad creative. Represent each school as the online community manager for all social media channels.Experience managing self-service ad platforms for business including Meta for Business, Hulu, and Yelp. Experience managing Google AdWords is a plus.Community Relations, Grassroots Marketing, Academy EventsWork with leadership teams to plan and promote special events. Create meaningful relationships and sustained partnerships with public schools, PTSAs, libraries, mom groups, fitness groups/businesses, chambers of commerce, nonprofits, pediatrician's offices, small businesses that complement ECE, coffee shops, restaurants, child-related services (swim lessons, enrichment centers, birthday party venues, etc.)Customer Retention StrategyCreate methods to strengthen academy relationships with enrolled families to increase retention.Work with school leadership teams to find methods to identify business at risk and create ways to keep those families as customers.Candidate Requirements:5+ years of experience in a DTC marketing role.Bachelor's degree in marketing, or equivalent experience.Experience with marketing tech stacks including CRM software, Wordpress, social media, social management software, digital marketing and social media platforms.A solid understanding of data in business intelligence and its role in decision making.Demonstrated experience in creating unified marketing dashboard reporting from various sources.Demonstrated success in a leadership role among a team that does not directly report to you.Franchise brand experience is a plus.Regional marketing experience is a plus.If you don't meet all of these requirements, but you still think you can make a big impact with us, we want to hear from you!
