The OpportunityRS&H is currently seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to join the RS&H Graphics Design team in our

Moving I-4 Forward Program Office in Celebration, FL.

The ideal candidate will be an effective team leader and a resourceful self-starter, capable of thriving in a collaborative marketing environment with fast-paced deadlines. The role requires high accuracy and the ability to work independently. Effective communication with various business leaders and the ability to swiftly address real-time challenges are essential qualities for this role. A strong background in Graphic Design is required.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure creative vision is integrated into all phases of the project.

Collaborate with Video and Visualization teams to develop marketing materials, including presentations, brochures, and digital content.

Ensure that all creative deliverables meet quality standards, timelines, and budget constraints.

Design high-quality graphical elements for various marketing materials, including qualification packages, proposal layouts, multi-page report documents, printed brochures, and other collateral, ensuring they meet client restrictions and requirements.

Support presentation teams by developing concepts and layouts for presentations (via PowerPoint), presentation boards, and other leave-behind marketing materials needed for client presentations.

Customize the design layout of graphics, resumes, project schedules, matrices, process and flowchart graphics, technical illustrated maps, etc.

Evaluate technical content to ensure it satisfies brand standards.

Coordinate with internal and external printing companies and resources for the execution of final printed documents.

Collaborate with marketing team members and technical staff to transform complex ideas into visual graphics.

Delegate tasks effectively, allocate resources appropriately, and optimize workloads to enhance overall productivity.

Foster team collaboration with other departments.

Communicate effectively with team members and cross-functional teams, providing clear project updates.

Address challenges in real-time, providing creative solutions during production.

Meet project deadlines, implementing strategies for handling tight schedules.

Identify and implement process improvements within the production workflow.

Stay updated on industry trends, best design practices, and emerging technologies, applying relevant knowledge to enhance the team's capabilities.

Qualifications:

Proficient in Monday.com or similar online production management tools.

Strong knowledge of the Adobe suite, specifically InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and CC Libraries.

Strong proficiency developing PowerPoint presentations including strong knowledge with Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word).

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Ability to coordinate multiple graphics tasks at varying phases simultaneously.

Highly organized and self-motivated.

Able to work in a team environment and train others.

Able to self-assess and take constructive criticism.

Excellent time-management skills; ability to adapt to changing priorities and direction in a progressive work environment.

Demonstrated high level of creativity in using graphics (such as photos, graphs, charts, etc.) to enhance communication, with confidence to present and brainstorm creative ideas with technical teams.

Strong writing, editing and grammar skills are essential.

Available for occasional travel.

Minimum of 10 years of experience working as a Graphic Designer.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Graphic Design related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Premiere.

Experience with CEROS.

Portfolio that shows professional AEC industry Graphic Design.

Minimum of 4 years of experience working as a senior Graphic Designer in the AEC industry is strongly preferred.
