My client is a fast growing manufacturer within the food and beverage production space. The Internal Communications Manager is a newly created position with high visibility to executive leaderships and ample room for career growth.

Job Description

Strategic Planning:

Develop and implement internal communication strategies and plans that align with the company's goals and objectives.Collaborate with senior leadership to understand key business initiatives and ensure they are effectively communicated to employees.

Content Creation:

Create, edit, and distribute a variety of internal communications materials, including newsletters, emails, intranet content, presentations, and videos.Develop engaging and informative content that supports company initiatives, promotes employee engagement, and enhances company culture.

Employee Engagement:

Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by promoting open communication and transparency.Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and morale, such as recognition programs, town hall meetings, and employee surveys.

Change Management:

Support organizational change initiatives by developing and executing communication plans that help employees understand and embrace change.Provide guidance and support to leaders and managers on effective communication practices during periods of change.

Measurement and Analysis:

Monitor and measure the effectiveness of internal communication efforts through surveys, feedback, and analytics.Use data-driven insights to continuously improve communication strategies and tactics.

Collaboration:

Work closely with HR, Marketing, and other departments to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with overall company goals.Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on internal communication matters.

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.5+ years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, or a related role.Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.Experience with digital communication tools and platforms, such as intranets, email marketing software, and social media.Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.Ability to think strategically and creatively while maintaining attention to detail.Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

What's on Offer

Target compensation for the Internal Communications Manager is $110,000 - $125,000 base salary + very competitive bonus plan.
