Marketing Account Manager

to join our team at Fullsteam

onsite in Cedar Park, TX . This job is all about helping our clients succeed with their online marketing. Understanding Facebook Ads, Google Ads and SEO is key to success in this role. Your main job will be to talk to our clients about their marketing, answer their questions, and help get them better results. You'll work closely with our clients, making sure their online marketing is doing great.

This job is perfect for someone who likes to help others and knows a lot about digital marketing. You'll be the go-to person for our clients when they have questions or need help with their online ads and marketing strategies. It's important that you're good at talking to people and can explain things in a way that's easy to understand.

Primary Responsibilities:

Talk to Clients: You'll be chatting with our clients every day, making sure they're happy and have everything they need for their marketing.Help with Marketing: You'll use what you know about Facebook Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and HighLevel to give clients advice on how to make their ads and online presence better.Answer Questions: When clients have questions, you'll give them clear answers. If there's something tricky, you'll get help from our team to find the best solution.Keep an Eye on Campaigns: Watch how the marketing campaigns are doing and let clients know how they can get even better results.Work with the Team: You'll need to work with other teams in our company to make sure the clients' marketing strategies, websites, and software are working as optimally as possible.Manage Time and Budgets: Make sure we're using our time and money wisely to help our clients the best we can.Primary Qualifications:

Practical Experience: While a Bachelor's Degree is appreciated, it's not required. We prioritize at least 2 years of direct experience with digital marketing campaigns, especially in managing Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and SEO efforts. Your hands-on campaign management and optimization skills are what we're really after.Software Savvy: You should be familiar with HighLevel or demonstrate the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new marketing software and tools. Efficiency in navigating digital marketing platforms is expected to be achieved swiftly.Analytical Skills: Your proficiency in analyzing marketing data and reports is crucial. Comfort with numbers, the ability to extract meaningful insights from data, and the skill to effectively communicate these insights to clients are essential for this role.Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Outstanding communication skills are essential. You must be able to clearly explain digital marketing strategies and their benefits to clients, ensuring they grasp the significance and results of their campaigns. Your listening, empathy, and solution-providing abilities are key to building and maintaining solid client relationships.Client-First Approach: A proactive demeanor, technical proficiency in digital marketing, excellent client communication, and problem-solving skills are vital. Industry Knowledge: Experience in marketing is beneficial.
