For all IMO Health positions, if you live in the Greater Chicagoland Area, Houston, TX, or Roseville, CA, you'll be expected to work from any IMO Health office 2 days per week.

Reporting to the VP of Marketing Strategy and working closely with the Director of Marketing Operations, the

Email Marketing Manager's

responsibilities are equal parts strategic design and tactical execution. The Email Marketing Manager is responsible for the direction, creation, execution, and measurement of integrated marketing programs that drive business pipeline for IMO Health. You will work closely with the Marketing team, Sales and Product, with a focus on delivering highly effective and engaging marketing campaigns that support overarching strategic business objectives, go-to-market strategies, and generate measurable pipeline.

Advanced Marketo functionalities and best practicesThe latest trends and technologies in marketing automationData-driven marketing strategies and how to apply them effectivelyCross-functional collaboration within a dynamic healthcare technology environmentWhat You'll Do:

Manage the day-to-day operation, configuration, database administration and optimization of programs in Marketo, ensuring smooth operation and martech stack integrationsExecute all aspects of campaigns in Marketo including program and workflows automation, audience segmentation, nurture campaigns, lead scoring, dynamic contentPlan, execute, and measure A/B testing that drives conversion improvements to productivity, lead gen, conversion rates, campaign ROI, and sales growthMeasure, monitor, and track campaign performance and ROI against benchmarks and KPIs; proactively recommend corrective actions and continuous improvementsGenerate and analyze frequent reports to provide actionable insights and recommendationsCollaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that generate leads and engage existing clientsManage marketing automation efforts, proactively researching and implementing the latest best practices, strategies, and industry standardsEnsure Sales team compliance with CRM processes, reporting rules/standardsQuickly troubleshoot and resolve system issuesSupport Marketing leadership with other duties as assignedWhat You'll Need:

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications4+ years of marketing experience, preferably in the healthcare and/or B2B2+ years proven experience working with Marketo (certification preferred)Demonstrable experience in marketing automation including nurture, segmentation and program reportingProficient in use of tech tools to optimize and analyze performance (GA4, Salesforce, Tableau)Exhibit solid knowledge of email best practices, deliverability best practices, CAN-SPAM/CAS and GDPR to ensure local and international complianceExcellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks for multiple stakeholdersStrong desire to solve problems on your own and as a teamMust love data; Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing data analysisProcess-driven, always looking to optimize and streamline processesPassion for details, quality, and accuracyReal enthusiasm for working with a fun, dynamic, and supportive marketing team where culture is as important as skill
