Position Overview:

Reporting to the eCommerce Manager, the Paid Media Specialist will completely own the paid media landscape for a number of Brands within the American Outdoor Brands portfolio. We are looking for a passionate digital marketer who has experience in Amazon, Google Ads, and Paid Social channels. This position will be given the opportunity to work closely with multiple Brands, Creative teams, and the rest of the eCommerce team, developing media strategy and executing campaigns for large, nationwide brands. This position requires you to hit the ground running and the ability to work from experience is critical.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Work cross-functionally with various AOB departments to develop, create and execute paid media campaigns for various brandsManage budgets, bids, pacing and performance across multiple channels for multiple brandsUnderstand our brands’ target audiences and develop effective campaigns to acquire new customersDevelop actionable insights through A/B testing for use by brand and creative teamsOwn campaign performance reporting and develop strategies for optimization, growth and new opportunitiesOther duties as assigned by their managerNOTE: This list presents only the principal duties of the position and is not intended to be comprehensive. Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Journalism or related field, or 3-5 years of experiencePassion for the outdoors, camping, fishing or products used for shooting is preferredProficient in Microsoft OfficeCompetencies and Skills:

Experience running campaigns in Amazon, Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, Bing, YouTube or RedditExperience working with Google Analytics and reporting software such as Google Data StudioMeticulous attention to detail with strong organization and proofreading skillsKnowledge of A/B testing principles, optimization and reporting capabilitiesAbility to work with large amounts of data and draw actionable insights for reporting/planning/budgetingPhysical Demands:

Regular and predictable attendance is required.Prolonged periods sitting at a computer.Occasional lifting of up to 20 lbs.Visual and hearing acuity.10% travel.NOTE: Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

Work Environment and Personal Protective Equipment:

General office environment.Potential exposure to noise and industrial lighting.Required safety glasses with side shields and hearing protection when in the manufacturing area.Additional personal protective equipment (PPE) may be required.
