Job Description

We are seeking an expert and dynamic Senior Director of Regional Marketing with responsibility for coordinating all aspects of demand and sales enablement in the Americas region, as well as developing global integrated campaign strategies. This role requires a strong strategic approach while leading our marketers towards achieving growth.

Responsibilities:

Lead the Americas Regional Marketing Team in Bioprocessing, delivering business results through implementation of strong demand generation and sale enablement programs. Elevate integrated campaign execution by building a team of marketers who consistently exhibit strong work behaviors and excel in their integrated marketing efforts.

Build a strong culture within the team through welcoming work environments and talent development while ensuring a clear understanding of marketing principles.

Collaborate with global marketing teams to develop comprehensive marketing strategies and drive the execution of these strategies to achieve revenue targets and market growth.

Demand and lead generation: Use varied marketing tactics, such as digital marketing, content marketing, events, and campaigns, to create demand and attract qualified leads. Analyze market trends and customer insights to find possibilities for lead generation and implement successful lead cultivation strategies.

Sales Partnership: Collaborate with Sales leaders to align marketing initiatives with sales objectives and targets, creating effective sales enablement tools and programs. Organize annual sales meetings.

Market analysis and competitive intelligence: Analyze the market and competition to discover possibilities for expanding the market, standing out from competitors. Stay informed of industry trends, market dynamics, and the competitive landscape.

Budget oversight: Responsible for management of regional budget.

Take charge of vertical and integrated marketing initiatives ensuring alignment with different divisions on key areas such as opportunity, strategy, audience targeting, to achieve measurable results.

Collaborate with various teams to implement optimal campaigns.

Requirements:

15+ years of if increasingly responsible roles in marketing in life sciences, pharma, or biotechnology industry. Bioprocessing experience preferred.

Bachelor's degree in life science or equivalent experience demonstrating success in marketing within the life sciences industry. Equivalent experience will be considered in lieu of an MBA, although an MBA preferred.

History of success in generating demand, leads, and achieving positive outcomes in marketing efforts for B2B. Familiarity with marketing attribution and ability to analyze data for ongoing enhancement of outcomes.

Excellent leadership and team management skills which develop and empower a team to consistently achieve outstanding results.

Proficient in analyzing data and converting insights into practical marketing strategies.

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities with a track record of successful partnership across different departments. Capable of influencing senior decision-makers.

Ability to formulate strategy for growth in new segments, or develop new ways of securing growth.

Proficient in developing campaigns and creating content.

Ability to travel up to 40%

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range estimated for this position based in California is $192,700.00–$289,000.00.
