Our mission is to support our community and to empower and enable anyone who has a story to tell or vision to share.The Community team is seeking a seeking an exceptional, customer-centric community lead for our Adobe Express product. You will be responsible for building relationships and developing programs to foster engagement with our customer community around Adobe Express. The ideal candidate is passionate about supporting the community of Express users including creative professionals, small business owners, marketing professionals, and students, and is experienced in building community relationship programs, running events, and leading partnerships. This role is an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on the Express community!The Role:Build and manage the community strategy for Adobe Express, ensuring the team’s community motions are aligned with overall Express business goals, priorities, and KPIs across product launches and in the day-to-day.Launch, run, and increase impact of ongoing Community programs, including VIP programs, events, and community partnerships.Partner with Product Marketing, Integrated Marketing, Social, and other cross-functional teams to amplify Community programs and ensure the team is supporting key business objectives.Work closely with other Community teams to drive impact at the Express category level, including in EMEA.Build and nurture relationships with community leaders and event organizers.Measure and track impact of Express community programs.Manage vendors, contractors, and freelancers for program support.What is needed for success:BA/BS preferred OR 7+ years of experience in marketing, community building, or a creative field.Excellent communication (especially writing), networking, and project management skills.Ability to work independently across large internal teams as well as with partner organizations in the community.Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.Experience using Adobe Express or Creative Cloud tools and services is a bonus.
