The successful candidate will handle cutting-edge content liability and free speech cases, focusing on digital and emerging media technologies. This role requires a background in media law and offers an opportunity to work with a dynamic team on high-profile cases.Duties:Represent clients in media-related legal matters, including copyright, trademark, right of publicity, defamation, and privacy.Advise clients on legal issues related to digital and emerging media technologies.Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, including briefs, motions, and opinions.Manage and strategize for complex cases involving content liability and free speech issues.Collaborate with clients, experts, and colleagues to develop case strategies and solutions.Stay current with legal trends and developments in media law and technology.Participate in depositions, hearings, and other legal proceedings as needed.Provide legal counsel and support to clients throughout the litigation process.Requirements:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Active membership in the California or Washington Bar.A minimum of 4 years of law firm experience or a combination of clerkship and AmLaw 200 law firm experience.Strong background in media law, including expertise in copyright, trademark, right of publicity, defamation, or privacy.Experience in commercial litigation for digital media clients is highly desirable.Demonstrated interest and knowledge in media law practice.Education:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Certifications:Active member of the California or Washington Bar.Skills:Excellent academic credentials with strong analytical and writing skills.Proven ability to handle complex media law cases with precision and attention to detail.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.Strong problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking.Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.Familiarity with digital and emerging media technologies.Company infoBCG Attorney Search1750 Montgomery St Fl 1San FranciscoCaliforniaUnited States 94111Phone :
