Job DescriptionThis role supports all aspects of the company's marketing activities working together with Demand Generation Managers, Creative, Communications, and Digital colleagues for execution of all marketing activities.Collaborate with Industry Marketing Managers to establish and maintain a social media calendar, prepare and post content and paid ads, recommend when to boost posts, track and report the levels of engagement, and propose action plansUtilize analytics and data insights to continuously evaluate and refine campaign performance, making informed decisions to improve lead quality and volumeManages co-op funding budgets and oversee collection of proof-of-execution examples to meet co-op funding requirements in coordination with Director of MarketingWork closely with web developer and designer to create new web pages such as blogs, content and landing pages and manage/upload content to our internal sales enablement platformManage project management tool to ensure all marketing activities are tracked and moving forwardQualifications

BS/BA DegreeMinimum 5-year experience working in Marketing Operations or Demand Generation (or similar role) in a B2B company.Experience working within a virtual, cross-team collaborative environment supporting matrixed go-to-market execution.Detail oriented, strong organizational, oral, and written communication skills.Experience with Microsoft Office applications and CRM (Microsoft Dynamics CRM preferred).Experience negotiating and managing marketing outsourced resources and vendors.Additional Information

This position can be based anywhere in the USA or Canada; Employees can work remotely

Base Salary Pay Range*: USD $90,000 - USD $110,000

*The current applicable Base Salary Pay Range for this role is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills relevant to the role, internal equity, alignment with market data, or other law.
