Are you a creative, artistic graphic designer who loves developing an aesthetic and brand that reflects your clients' ideas and core values? Do you enjoy learning, growing your skillset, and working closely with a passionate, innovative team? This locally owned multimedia company, voted one of Jacksonville's "Best Places to Work," is seeking a new Graphic Designer to join their high-energy, supportive team. In this role, you will collaborate with your peers to develop print advertisements for the company, ensuring production, productivity, and quality standards. This is a full-time, permanent position based in Jacksonville, FL. The chosen candidate can work a hybrid schedule once fully trained.

Requirements

Must Haves

3+ years of experience in marketing communications with production-oriented graphic designComprehensive knowledge of and skills with core design principles, typography, color, and layoutUnderstanding of file prep and print production requirementsAbility to interpret and understand material specsIntermediate proficiency with the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat)Organizational and project management skills with the capacity to independently prioritize tasks, juggle multiple concurrent projects, and manage deadlinesCreative problem-solving skills with a passion for exceeding expectationsBachelor's degree in Graphic Design or similar; or equivalent experienceNice-to-Haves

Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) or related certificationBenefits
