We are searching for a zealous Marketing Assistant to support the Marketing department in its primary and administrative duties. This work will be a critical factor for the smooth operation of the Marketing department and the attainment of its goals, as well as for the long-term growth of the company.

Job SummaryFollows/participates in EOS strategiesAssist with growing following base on all social media platforms by researching understanding the market trends and implementing those trends on our postingsAssist with the creation of new marketing strategies based on current classes pertaining to marketingReview analytics and create reports on key metrics to continuously improve social media strategyAssist with maintaining social media schedulers to ensure content is being posted during high engagement times and change scheduled as needed (all divisions)Assist with creating and running Facebook ads (all divisions)Assist with creating, designing, and publishing content for Locate Auctions (all divisions)Assist with creating, generating, editing, and publishing content daily on all social media platforms (all divisions)Feature listings on Locate (all divisions)Update Owner with end of day by emailAssist the Owner with any additional tasks related to marketingSupporting the marketing manager and marketing team with project organizationPerforming administrative tasks to ensure the functionality of marketing activitiesAssist in preparing, maintaining, updating, and uploading of web-based and digital contentMonitors and reviews comments and conversations on social media channelsEnsures quality control of content, presentation, and branding, including proofreading and reformatting content; checking links and image sizesUpload documents, photos, podcasts, videos, etc.Create and manage mass email and messaging campaignsFollow, post, upload, and create contentConduct market research, analyze and report on the performance and efficiency of campaignsUpdate databases, spreadsheets, and 'to-do lists' related to all marketing activitiesPrepare promotional presentations and organize promotional eventsCompose and post online content for the company's social media page and websitePCI East Coast specific marketing:

• Interact with PCI Auctions East Coast followers and respond to messages, inquiries, comments, etc.

• Boost all applicable social media ads (usually 3 days before auctions end)

• Post auction ads on Locate Auctions and Auction Zip

• Send marketing mailers

• Design/schedule email campaigns on Mail Chimp

• Schedule brand awareness, sell equipment & open PCI campaigns on Facebook

• Assist with creating, designing and publishing content for Auction Zip

• Update feature listings on Locate for all divisions

• Pick 'Top 10' and incorporate them into division ads

• Assist with creating and scheduling emails for Locate Auctions

Priorities:

1) East Coast marketing efforts

2) Corporate marketing efforts

3) LinkedIn portion of "assist with creating, generating...on all social media platforms"

4) Locate tasks
