Lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing and GTM strategies in service to our Chief Marketing Officer, broader Executive team, and in collaboration with cross-functional teams.Lead marketing operations, including business strategy development, planning, marketing automation, lead management, and data analysis and insights.Develop and implement pipeline development plans with cross-functional marketing and sales leads.Define and establish measurable objectives for the marketing organization and key marketing pillars, ensuring alignment with business goals.Create and refine models for attribution and measurement of impact across marketing initiatives and channels.Collaborate with sales, product, and finance teams to align marketing operations and GTM strategies with business goals and objectives.Cultivate strong executive relationships and become a go-to resource on company pipeline, broadly.Implement and optimize marketing technology stack to support marketing operations.Analyze and report on the performance of marketing operations and GTM initiatives, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.Stay current on industry trends and best practices in marketing operations and GTM strategy development.Who you are

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field; MBA preferred.12+ years of experience in marketing operations, with a focus on technology companies.Proven track record of strategic thinking and co-developing marketing and GTM strategies in a B2B/SaaS technology environment.Strong leadership and team management skills.Expertise in marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau).Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
