Revinate’s omni-channel direct booking platform helps acquire, convert and retain guests with strategies and services that maximize the lifetime value of each guest through personalized and targeted campaigns throughout the guest lifecycle.Role OverviewRevinate’s platform is rapidly expanding, and we’re growing the product marketing team to bring a variety of new products to market and optimize the success rates of existing products. We are looking for someone who is customer-obsessed and highly collaborative. This role will bring together a high degree of understanding of our ideal customer with the ability to pinpoint the needs of our GTM team. Reporting to the VP of Product Marketing, this role will deliver product positioning that bridges the gap between what our solutions can do and why they matter to a range of our target audiences. We are looking for someone who excels at storytelling and value positioning. Someone who can master expressing the distinct value of our solution and has a passion for creating assets that empower our GTM team to communicate that value to the market.What You'll DoDrive go-to-market programs and assets for a subset of products and featuresProduce powerful stories and collateral to empower Sales and CS to communicate the value of our solutions seamlesslyLead the development of campaigns that drive engagement and retention, including emails, webinars, success stories, and in-person customer eventsProduce competitive research and positioning to help differentiate our complete solution and individual productsLocalize research, positioning, and collateral to meet the needs of audiences in our global markets (NA, EMEA, and APAC)Track and optimize win/loss and engagement rates on new and existing products and featuresEnsure existing assets are consistently optimized to include new positioning, data, and branding as they evolveWhat you'll bring4+ years of B2B SaaS product or solutions marketing experience (2+ years in Enterprise software a BIG plus)Experience with AI and data products is a plusSelf-starter with experience building and leading programsAbility to connect technical concepts with customer value and express that connection succinctlyPowerful written, verbal, and visual storyteller skillsOutstanding prioritization and project management skills that thrive in a high-growth environmentStrong interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence (EQ), and ability to persuade/drive alignment among differing perspectivesDemonstrated ability to build relationships with and understand Product, Sales, CS, and Marketing departments/objectives to manage holistic go-to-market plansExperience managing external resources (design, copywriters, etc) to produce on-brand, high-quality assetsDesign experience is a plusExperience working on global products is a plusBenefitsHealth insurance-employee premium paid 100% by RevinateDental insurance-employee and dependents’ premium paid 100% by RevinateVision insurance-employee and dependents’ premium paid 100% by Revinate401(k) with employer matchShort & Long Term Disability insuranceLife insurancePaid Flex time offMonthly work from home stipendTelehealth accessEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)$120,000 - $140,000 a yearThis salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Revinate and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including (but not limited to) the candidate’s experience, qualifications and location.
