Come prepared to be encouraged and inspired!The Regional Integrated Marketing Buyer Program Manager will be responsible for the Customer Solutions Marketing (CSM) Public Sector marketing strategy and initiatives that impact our direct sales goals in region. Using Public Sector segment expertise, you will collaborate with the global buyer strategy leads for Campus & Branch, Data Center and Service Provider to prioritize regional specific demand gen-materials to be leveraged for targeting net new and install target accounts. You will also work closely with the regional integrated marketing Public Sector segment team to ensure the segment strategy is executed by global field marketing and regional sales in alignment with Cisco Networking priorities.

You use this knowledge to propose the best focus areas and tacticsDrive global buyer strategy in the Public Sector segment, aligning with global buyer program leads, regional integrated marketing segment and buyer team, global field marketing and salesManage budgets against program buildsUnderstand and ensure plans tie back to Cisco Networking strategy and prioritiesUse critical thinking and make data-driven recommendations and optimizations to ensure marketing source pipeline forecast is on trackWho You A

3-5 years of experience in Public Sector marketing is required5-7 years of experience Go-to-Market experience in technology/networking is requiredExperience using Salesforce reports and dashboards, and Tableau dashboards requiredProven track record of working with sales stakeholders and XFN to improve performance of a GTM planInnovative and creative problem-solver with strong communication skillsExceptional team collaborator, open to idea/project iterationAbility to prioritize and execute on multiple work streamsComfortable with project management across multiple teamsBachelors degree is preferred
