Growth Marketer

We're hiring for a Growth Lead or Growth Manager.Our founding team consists of a globally-minded group of individuals with diverse backgrounds spanning technology, sales, marketing, investing, and more. We're looking for highly driven individuals who have developed exceptional skillsets in their fields and want to shape the technical direction of Xenia.Xenia is the operations OS built for the massive $2.7BN frontline worker market, with a core focus around multi-unit operators in the restaurant, retail, convenience and manufacturing markets.Xenia is backed by a Boston-based VC.We're mostly inbound driven, but there are clear opportunities to increase pipeline via more channels.Your primary mission would be to come up with, prioritize, and fully own running experiments & initiatives to generate more pipeline and organic sign ups to fuel inbound demos & free sign ups.Sample experiments could include:Interactive Product Demo'sProduct Led SEOAI Enabled PLG OnboardingAt Scale Review Generation (Capterra, G2)Email Campaigns & Review GenerationWrite blog postsBe loud on LinkedInCo-market with other companiesPaid adsRequirementsExcited about working in personYou are an "engine builder".
