We are currently seeking a Year-Round Marketing Intern to join our team.
What You Will Do:
Prepare client deliverables, including client presentations and reporting.
Assist the team to develop systems supporting automation efforts through Seismic.
Run data and attribution from eVestment, FactSet, Bloomberg and/or data warehouse.
Prepare and deliver client and consultant questionnaires.
Develop expertise across software applications to retrieve/generate information.
Collaborate with CPMs, consultant relations and sales to develop webinars, quarterly updates, animations and video content to improve the client experience.
Collaborate with team members to complete ad hoc projects.
Qualifications
Must be currently enrolled and taking classes at an accredited college or university institution, preferably those who will be entering their Senior year by Fall 2024.
Undergraduate majoring in Business, Finance, Math, Marketing, Economics desired, or a related field, cumulative GPA of 3.0 or better.
Be at least 18 years of age by the time the internship begins.
Strong analytical, conceptual, communication and organizational skills.
Eager and willing to embrace AI tools and applications.
Ability to self-motivate and work independently within a professional setting.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams).
Detail oriented with a high degree of accuracy and timely follow through.
Ability to collaborate with a team and execute responsibilities.
Be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per work week, full time (40 hours) are available in the summer.
Hourly Pay Rate: $23.00
This is a hybrid role, preference is to be located within commuting distance of our Los Angeles, CA office.
