In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Creative, Product Development, Sales, and Ecommerce teams (as well as key retailers and external partners) in the execution of our key brand priorities. You will report to the Director of Global Brand Marketing, and be a manager to one direct report.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESBrand ManagementDevelop short and long-term marketing brand strategies to accelerate Farmacy’s growth and exceed our objectives. Work closely with cross-functional partners to successfully execute these strategiesContinuously refine our brand tone to align with our Brand DNAWork with Copywriters to reflect the brand voiceIdentify overarching brand moments to drive brand awarenessDevelop sustainability messaging and communicate across all channelsProduct Strategy (NPD) + Product Assortment Management (Existing Portfolio)Execute innovative product development + pipeline strategy in support of Farmacy’s strategic direction and prioritiesDrive new product messaging, claims development + educational supportCarry out white space opportunitiesConduct competitive research to build business case for Product Development and Concept Ideation briefsOwnership of 360 Campaigns: Conception to Final Execution of AssetsCollaborate with cross-functional teams (Design, Marketing, Ecommerce, and Sales) on end-to-end go-to-market campaign process & plans.Lead all creative briefs in the Go-to-Market processDrive relationships with various vendors to create content and develop assets for campaignsLead recaps & launch post-mortems with all cross-functional partnersRetailer + Promotional SupportDevelop and execute detailed calendar of product marketing and promotional programs, including sampling plan to drive recruitmentPartner closely with Sephora and International sales leaders to develop global strategies that support the core business + accelerate new product launchesSupport promotional marketing activities (kits & sets, merchandise strategy)Day-to-Day Business ManagementPrepare and support presentations for management meetingsOwn budget management for key marketing spend bucketsConduct competitive analysis to learn from industry trends in sales, new product development, competitive activationsLeverage real-time campaign KPIs to inform decisions and drive strategic, efficient spend investments for maximum ROILead your direct report (Marketing Coordinator), building their capability, coaching through day-to-day work, and developing them as a Marketing professionalRequirementsMinimum 5+ years of professional Marketing experienceExperience in Beauty industry strongly preferred; passion for the industry is a mustDetailed, thorough + organizedAbility to synthesize data to drive business decisionsComfortable driving deadlines and holding people accountableCreative problem solving expertiseAble to reliably commute to the NYC office minimum 2 days per week + ad hoc as neededPermanently authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship from employerBenefitsEstimated Pay Range: $100,000 - $120,00010 days PTO + 5 sick/personal days per year11 annual Company holidaysHealth insuranceDental insuranceVision insuranceLife insurance ($25,000 policy, free to employees)Commuter benefits (Transit + Parking FSA)Health care FSADependent care FSA401(k) retirement savings plan, with up to 4.0% company match with no vesting period (after 6 month eligibility waiting period)16-weeks 100% paid parental leave for birth mothers and adoptive parents, 8-weeks 100% paid parental leave for all other parents$40/month phone stipendAdoption & Surrogacy Support, $10,000/event reimbursement with $40,000 lifetime capQuarterly Gratis Product StipendMonthly Exercise/Gym Reimbursement
