The Americas (US & Canada) Marketing Program Manager for Services Sales Division crafts and implements regional focused marketing programs to deliver on business strategies. They develop, in partnership with field sales, product marketing, the strategies and plans that drive awareness to demand via customer focused content; and report the success of the programs to the worldwide and regional stakeholders. Together with regional marketing colleagues, manage and govern all outbound aspects of the marketing programs. This includes cross-sell and collaboration opportunities with other businesses and product lines.

Responsibilities:Plans, directs, and coordinates product line and market specific marketing programs and initiatives to support funnel generation & sales for a region/country.Tailors worldwide marketing programs to meet region-specific customer needs and creates region-specific programs.Measures and evaluates impacts of owned marketing programs. Implements corrective actions to ensure delivery of targeted results & objectives.Determines the appropriate marketing tactics mix and owns execution of all marketing activities and customer communication in the assigned region/country.Analyzes market trends and competitor activities and converts them into tactical marketing & sales programs.Acts as a focal point for consolidating business metrics, market trends, pricing, customer, and technology related information to share with the business units and enables the communication flow between business units and sales channels.Identifies and develops business opportunities and provides information and support for the sales force.Works closely with stakeholders to align sales & marketing functions to gain business opportunities.Together with the global MPM team, regional Marcom team & WW product management, govern all outbound aspects of regional evergreen campaigns, new product launches and handle the services portfolio through the entire product life cycle including up- and cross-sell opportunities with other product lines and businesses. Drive insights from data analytics to identify upsell and cross sell opportunities.Has contact with customers and plays an important role in generating new customers and maintaining and nurturing current customers for future sales.May assist the sales force in the sales process to drive seasonal, time bound targeted promotions development and promotion.Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's Degree or a combination of education and experience.8+ years relevant experience for entry to this level in B2B capex/opex product marketing, aftermarket services portfolio marketing, understanding customer personas and buying behavior for recurring revenue business models and maximizing customer lifetime value.Experience developing and executing high ROI B2B marketing programs and campaigns to drive awareness and demand for product, industry and/or application specific workflows with a clear customer first approach.Proven results orientation, including developing fact-driven, business goal focused plans that align with strategic objectives.Excellent English communication skills. Ability to collaborate equally effective throughout all hierarchical levels.Clear and compelling writing skills; strong oral communication skills; strong content presentation skills.Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse group of individuals cross-organizationally, cross-functionally and within a global matrix.

The US pay range for this full-time position is $132,435.00 - $231,761.00/yr, plus eligibility for bonus, stock and benefits. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum new hire pay for the position across the relevant US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
