The Digital Marketing Associate helps promote the CommuniCare brand, develops digital strategies for the website, social media, email content, and supports marketing, communications, constituent relations, and special event activities through various digital media platforms. Ability to provide video editing and production.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Creates and manages vibrant content for web, social media, and email marketing that supports the CCHCs brand with marketing, communications, and fundraising strategies.

2. Responsible for contributing to social media strategy which includes the promotion of the external corporate website and services, and social networking sites. Implements ways to measure the effectiveness of users finding us through the use of social media and other digital marketing platforms, and regularly analyzes performance. Identify and implement digital advertising opportunities across social media and other digital platforms.

3. Writes, photographs, video records, edits, captions, and posts all forms of digital content. Provides basic support for the Marketing and Advancement department activities. Produces video work for marketing and special events as assigned. May include working with internal and external resources to ensure high quality marketing and promotional projects are developed and delivered to promote the organizations programs and services.

4. Participates in special events to include internal and external marketing and community relations events or other department activities.

5. Assists with maintaining the internal and external corporate websites by collaborating with all departments, programs, and management, ensures timelines are met and published information is accurate and appropriate. Assists with the management of Google My Business, reputation management responsibilities.

6. Provides excellent internal/external customer service. Also supports the Marketing and Advancement Manager with other department activities or duties as assigned.

7. Performs other duties as assigned.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field required

Minimum two years’ experience in a digital marketing position in a dynamic and fast paced environment

Proficient with Microsoft Office applications

Experience with web design and/or graphics design software applications such as WordPress, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and Canva preferred

Experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other Google management software

Experience with Meta Business Suite and/or other advertising management software

Experience with video editing software to produce marketing videos

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Typing of at least 50 wpm

Some knowledge of local media helpful

Ability to maintain confidentiality in all matters

Ability to handle all personnel matters discretely

Ability to maintain professionalism when dealing with employees and visitors of the Center

Very adaptive; ability to work on multiple projects concurrently is essential

PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES AND REQUIREMENTS:

Finger Dexterity: Using fingers to make small movements such as typing or picking up small objects.

Talking: Frequently conveying detailed or important instructions or ideas accurately, clearly, or quickly.

Hearing: Able to hear average or normal conversations and receive ordinary information.

Repetitive Motions: Frequently and regularly using the wrists, hands, and fingers.

Visual: Average, ordinary, visual acuity necessary to prepare or inspect documents or other materials.

Physical: Sedentary work; sitting most of the time. May have to lift folders, files, papers, audio/video equipment, and other such items weighing up to approximately 25 lbs.
