Purpose:

This position is responsible for analyzing and reporting on our Marketing activity across all our channels. This position will play a key role in supporting our cross-functional marketing functions, including expanding our performance reporting, identifying opportunities for improving spend efficiencies, and delivering actionable insights about our customers.

Minimum Eligibility Requirements:Bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing, Statistics, or Computer Science (relevant experience can be substituted for the required education on the basis of one calendar year of experience for one academic year of education).2-5 years of relevant experience required or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job, as determined by the company.Expertise working with large datasets, from data mining & analysis to building visualizations and dashboards via BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.Proficiency in SQL. Experience with R and/or Python a bonus.Experience in CRM / database marketing / customer data analysis.Demonstrated knowledge of statistics. Understanding of testing methodology & best practices a plus.Demonstrated ability to translate data into clear conclusions, with a data-driven approach to business problem solving.Able to clearly communicate complex analyses to non-technical audiences.Demonstrated experience performing offline & online campaign analyses.Experience building visualizations and dashboards via business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, etc.Must be highly analytical and enjoy working with data.Must be able to work independently as well as cross functionally with multiple teams, juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in SQL required; familiarity with R or Python a plus.Experience with web analytics in general & Google Analytics specifically a plus.Ability to multi-task and work quickly to support multiple business stakeholders.Personal integrity, humility, and an appreciation for the power of true teamwork.Must pass pre-employment background check.Essential Job Functions:

Quickly become subject matter expert in all areas of marketing analytics and how to best leverage its value, including leading cross-channel analyses from multiple data platforms and staying abreast of industry trends and best practices.Support cross-functional stakeholders by leading measurement strategy, KPI selection, and methodology to determine incremental value.Work with media, digital marketing & CRM teams to understand how marketing campaigns influence customer journey & business outcomes.Partner with Marketing/CRM team to support strategy & execution, leading directly & measurably to superior marketing efficiency and incremental revenue.Present findings to relevant business stakeholders including executive audiences.Build & maintain intuitive, action-oriented dashboards & visualizations to enhance business understanding, decision-making and self-service capabilities.Proactively identify strategic opportunities & provide recommendations based on ad hoc data exploration of our marketing data.Perform extensive and self-directed analyses that lead directly to actionable insights.Conduct consumer research around our brand & customer experience.ID & bridge reporting & data gaps between marketing activity and measurement capabilities.Advocate best practices for marketing campaign data collection across all offline & digital channels.W

REQUIREMENTS
