You will conduct competitor research, create sales enablement assets to support sales pipeline conversion and create customer support content to drive product adoption. Hybrid internship (in-office attendance at our downtown Austin office location on 2-4 days each week)Internship Dates: June 3 - August 2, 2024What you’ll be doing:

You’ll be provided with a mentor within the marketing team to support your growth and learning.You’ll have the opportunity to learn about marketing best practices, how product marketing supports sales conversion and product adoption, and ultimately help drive business value.You’ll be able to explore different areas inside marketing but also interact with other members from different groups such as sales, customer success, product, and supply chain operations.You'll be working as a product marketer and directly impacting our financial success by ensuring we're articulating the right offer, in the right way, at the right time within our sales process. You'll build a map of which marketing assets are needed at what points in the sales process and brainstorm ideas for new materials that will solve customer pain points and ultimately result in more revenue.You’ll conduct competitor research to document how the competition positions themselves and how they message the benefits of their products and services. You’ll also monitor news regarding our competitors to keep a pulse on what they’re doing and package insights to share with the marketing team. You’ll use these insights to help craft differentiated sales content to help our sales team articulate how we’re different (and better) than the competition.You’ll help set our users up for success through educational content, ensuring they can take full advantage of our product and have a positive experience with us from Day 1.Experience and Education Requirements:

Currently pursuing a degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related fieldHighly organized and detail-orientedAbility and willingness to learn about new industries or topicsStoryteller with strong written and verbal communication skillsHigh levels of creativity and quick problem-solving capabilities.Team player with excellent interpersonal skillsStrong written and verbal communication skills — with both a technical & non-technical audience.Ability to gather

information from different sites for general analysis (update - goal: differences for messaging, updates)Ability to partner with cross-functional partners of all levelsAdditional experience preferred, but not required:
