Senior Digital Marketing Specialist

Your Tasks:
This position is primarily responsible for supporting the digital marketing efforts of the MarCom team, marketing, and sales teams on eCommunications, marketing campaigns, and projects. The primary goal is to drive targeted traffic, increase brand visibility, engage with audiences, and generate leads or conversions. This role will play an important role in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for execution of digital marketing and lead management processes including; Build, manage, and optimize target groups for marketing database to expand potential customer base and ensure database quality, design, send, and track e-blasts, develop and optimize landing pages, website updates, social media, and online sales enablement tools, etc. in support of marketing campaign activities, manage and track all digital marketing activities and provide regular reports and updates to Marketing team, develop and optimize email communications for regional field Sales organization, including newsletters, email campaigns, promotions, and tradeshow announcements, drive regional SEO/SEM activities in coordination with the global Marketing team.Act as a primary contact and work with the HQ digital marketing team and the Marketing CRM team. Serve as key point of contact for regional web page, landing page, and email template development in coordination with global digital team.Function as a key marketing automation user for organization and primary digital marketing resource for regional product Marketing, MarCom team, and Sales team.Develop processes to capture and track leads driven from digital marketing activities and coordinates with the MarCom team to support and ensure timely entry into CRM, communication to sales team, and creation of reports to management.Support Marcom team with preparing monthly sales and marketing reports.Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in marketing or life sciences; A minimum of 2 years of experience in a digital marketing or communications role; or equivalent combination of experience and education.Experience with CRM, lead management, and email marketing to communicate with potential and existing customers.Deep Knowledge of how to use email marketing platforms including how to craft emails and campaigns that successfully engage business needs.
Skills:
Ability to segment email lists into different audiences to build targeted campaigns and encourage conversion.
Abilities:
Strong written and verbal communications.

The anticipated base salary range has been established at $72,900 – $98,700/year. The salary of the finalist(s) selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, internal equity, experience, education, specialization, skills, abilities, and training. The above salary range represents the Company’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. In addition to your salary, the Company offers a comprehensive benefits package including health, vision, and dental insurance, plus a 401(k) plan. All benefits are subject to eligibility requirements. Certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation such as bonuses or commissions.
