This position will create, manage and optimize marketing campaigns and promotions to drive customer acquisition, retention and engagement. This role will involve developing innovative coupon and pricing strategies, tracking campaign performance and delivering measurable results.

Requirements

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaign and promotions strategies that align with company goals and objectives.Create and manage promotional offers, discounts, coupon codes and pricing strategies to attract and retain customers.Manage the marketing promotional calendar, ensuring timely and coordinated execution of campaigns.Analyze market trends and competitor pricing to develop effective coupon and pricing strategies.Monitor and adjust promotional strategies based on performance metrics, market feedback.Track and report campaign performance to measure effectiveness and ROI as well as identify areas for improvement.Prepare and present regular performance reports to stakeholders, highlighting campaign outcomes and insights.Conduct A/B testing to determine the most effective promotional offers, discount, coupons codes and pricing strategies.Manage campaign budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI, adjusting budgets as necessary.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including creative, communication, sales and purchasing to ensure cohesive campaign alignment and execution.NON-ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and benchmarking state-of-the-art practices.PHYSICAL DEMANDS & WORK ENVIRONMENT:

REQUIRED:

5 or more years' experience in marketing promotions, campaign or similar role.Demonstrated experience in creating and managing coupon codes, promotions and other pricing or incentive programs.Experience in tracking and reporting on campaign performance and ROI.PREFERRED:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising, Communications, or equivalent field experience.7-10 years of experience in a related field.Experience with A/B testing and other promotional optimization techniquesKnowledge of SEO, SEM, email marketing and social media marketing strategies.
