Attindas Hygiene Partners designs, manufactures, and markets absorbent hygiene products. The company sells adult incontinence and infant diapers, among other products, into the healthcare, retail, and direct-to-consumer channels under brands including Attends, Indas, and Comfees as well as a wide range of private label brands for retailers.

Your Role

The Associate Director, Infant Partner Brands Marketing leads efforts to achieving top- and bottom-line growth goals. This person contributes to strategic planning, budget planning, and commercial execution of the infant private label brand portfolio with our retail partners in NA.Supports the development and execution of brand strategies.Leads cross-functional implementation of new product and packaging changes, including attending press runs.Manages internal and external partnerships and relationships.Internal partners include Sales, Category Marketing/Innovation, Product Design, Operations, and Demand Planning.External partners include creative agencies, print production vendors, and our retail cross-functional partners.Assists with product innovation and branding initiatives for the customer portfolio in mass, drug, grocery, and ecommerce channelsEmploys a full range of marketing tools, including brand positioning, research, product development, claims development, package design and creative operationsLeverages strong project management/team leadership skills to keep initiatives on schedule and stakeholders engagedProvides effective direction to two direct reportsGuides Category Marketing and Customer Insights to shape the product roadmapCoordinates cross-functional teams to develop and substantiate product performance claims and track claims across all customers.Delivers periodic marketplace analyses to help identify business opportunities within products & claimsExperience/Skills Required

BS/BA required in marketing, business, or related field; MBA preferred8+ years of brand/marketing experience with 2+ years of CPG brand leadership experienceExperience with consumer-led product development projects, preferably in healthcare/personal care/infant careExperience in product/brand management and marketing commercialization, including developing and delivering operational marketing strategies and business plansExperience with large national retailers, including both brick and mortar and eCommerceExposure to/experience with use of qual and quant analytics and customer and consumer insights for building brands, product development, marketing and business planningHighly organized and able to work independently as well as in teamsProven cross-functional team leadership experienceAble to manage multiple projects while prioritizing work assignmentsProficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, & Outlook), as well as internet researchPreferred Qualifications, Professional Experiences

Experience in Consumer Package Goods (CPG), Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), Healthcare Marketing, and/or Private Label businessStrong creative eye and experience in packaging & marketing activation, including artwork/concept development, artwork reviews, and press runs.Experience with new product or brand launch/activation initiatives.Experience in the following areas a plus:Engaging with external agencies, print vendors, and/or retailersProficiency in analytical/quantitative analysisSyndicated data analysis (e.g., Nielsen, IRI) and market researchPackage design and copy writingExperience with claims development and Legal approvalWorking with Legal for trademarks searches and/or claims developmentSuccessfully building engaging slides for external and internal presentationsDirecting consumer research including writing research briefsLead and develop direct reportsDrafting creative briefs and managing multiple projects with agenciesPrior experience with project management and/or artwork proofing software (e.g., SmartSheet)
