Position Overview

This role will be responsible for managing all paid performance marketing, including SEM, paid social, affiliates, video advertising, and programmatic. This role is also responsible for all CRM marketing including email and SMS marketing as well as overseeing all customer data and CDP platforms. The ideal candidate is someone who can develop and articulate a strategy for digital marketing efforts, execute against the strategy and effectively share program results. Candidate must be comfortable managing the paid marketing budget, including allocating the budget across channels and between acquisition, retention and branding efforts. We are looking for someone who is analytical, self-starting and capable of dealing with ambiguity and rapidly-changing priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all of our paid marketing efforts, including affiliates, SEM, SEO, paid social, video advertising and programmatic display.• Oversee all of our CRM marketing, including email and SMS marketing, from daily operations to maintenance and data reporting for campaigns and triggers.• Being a hands-on owner of these channels who strategies new ideas, deep dives on channel performance, builds timely recommendations for incremental spend, and is actively involved in program management and execution.• Conceptualize content for all channels based on key merchandising initiatives and bring to life by working cross-functionally with internal partners.• Setting goals for channel performance, tracking performance against goals and reporting performance to senior leadership.• Analyze data against key KPIs to provide insights and action on recommendations to drive optimization of digital marketing channels.• Manage marketing budget for efficiency across different campaigns including branding, acquisition and retention efforts.• Identifying and launching new paid marketing channels to drive overall sales growth.• Serving as primary contact with external agencies. Communicating Club Monaco's goals and ensuring that each agency's efforts support these goals.• Manage technical elements of programs, ensuring accurate data collection through various systems, maintaining feed management, and working closely with external dev teams.• Owning and managing revenue, spend reporting and invoice remittance.• Work closely with cross functional partners to support business and product priorities.• Staying informed of industry trends and best practices and determining how they can best be employed

Requirements:

• 3-5+ years of experience in digital marketing in an ecommerce environment• A bachelor's degree in digital marketing or related field preferred• Proficiency in Google Analytics, ESP, CDP, Meta, and Google Ads• Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Excel• Deep understanding of audience targeting and ad optimization techniques, especially as measured by ecommerce sales.• Comfortable in a collaborative role with many internal and external stakeholders.• Able to juggle multiple initiatives at once and prioritize independently.
