Description

The Smith Entertainment Group (SEG) is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Accounts Manager (Sales) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue, ensuring client satisfaction, and contributing to the overall growth of the Utah Jazz and Utah Hockey Club brand.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets.Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.Create and present compelling sales proposals and pitches tailored to client needs.Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements, ensuring mutual value and benefit.Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, providing exceptional customer service.Manage client relationships from inception through renewal, ensuring satisfaction and retention.Conduct regular check-ins and performance reviews with clients to assess their needs and goals.Align sales efforts with the overall marketing and brand strategy of the Utah Jazz and Utah Hockey Club.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities.Analyze sales data to identify trends and insights, driving continuous improvement.Prepare and present detailed reports on account status, revenue projections, and client feedback.QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably within the sports, media, or entertainment industry.Strong understanding of media sales, content marketing, and digital advertising.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and stakeholders.Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.COMPETENCIES:
