Responsibilities:The social media coordinator's primary role will be responsible for planning, managing, and achieving the goals set by the Marksmen for their social media platforms. The role will include scheduling, posting, and interacting online with graphics, gifs, strong vocabulary and a positive demeanor.This role will work closely with the Director of Creative Services to identify social media goals, maintain a strong adherence to brand guidelines, and create a fun, family-friendly, fan-centered digital culture for fans.Assist in the planning, management, and execution of the Marksmen marketing plan and strategy. These strategies include the ability to drive revenue via ticket and merchandise sales and the ability to continue conversations in the digital space.Be proactive in establishing and maintaining Marksmen email campaigns with the oversight of the Director of Creative Services.Brainstorm and create various pieces of content for social media, our website, and Marksmen games, as well as ads for traditional/digital marketing, radio copy, etcAssist with the ideation and creation of graphic items for the team's home gameday production. These may include motion graphics, digital advertisements or videos.Work with management in setting social media and digital marketing goals, and developing weekly reports to communicate the resultsWill be required to work nights, weekends, and holidaysAttendance Required during Fayetteville Marksmen home games and other required organization or community events, activities or functions as requiredOther responsibilities and duties as assigned by Team President and Director of Creative ServicesQualifications:

Minimum 1-3 years of professional experience requiredBachelor's degree in related area and/or equivalent experience/trainingSolid knowledge of social media principles, concepts, strategies, and best practicesProficient and experienced with adobe creative suite and graphic designAbility to interact as a brand's voice on social media, being entertaining and informative, and keep the fan base engaged across all social platforms.Experience as a motivated self-starter, with creative ideas, and the ability to lead by exampleA hard work ethic and mental attitude of successAbility to set manageable goals and consistently hit them with the ability to continue an upward growth trajectoryWillingness to follow directions, learn, adapt in stressful situations, and not crack under pressureWilling to accept the challenge and dedication required to grow an organization and a loyal fan baseSkill Sets:

Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.Proficient in Facebook, X, Instagram, and TikTok. Working knowledge of email marketing platform preferred.Working knowledge of a social media management suite.Ability to accept constructive criticism and work within brand guidelines for the betterment of the team.Strong written and verbal communication.
