Who You Are

Principle Auto is seeking a creative and open-minded Social Media Coordinator

to join our corporate marketing team. The Social Media Coordinator is responsible for planning, implementing and monitoring Principle Auto's social media strategy and content. The role will work closely with the respective Brand Managers in order to increase brand awareness and online reputation, improve marketing efforts, and increase sales; inclusive of marketing strategy, content creation, community management, and interaction. You believe in connecting a person with the brand, not just for a purchase but building a relationship that lasts. You thrive in a high stake, fast-paced, and rapidly changing environment. You have an innate ability to communicate and connect people to the passion behind the brands that connect them to what's most important in life. As the Social Media Coordinator you will work directly with the Director of Marketing and Brand Managers to craft the customer experience that builds loyalty that drives our business.

Manage and maintain a regular posting schedule of content across all platforms (weekly, monthly, quarterly, planning).Work with Brand Managers to create and write social copy that is aligned with manufacturer brand messaging for all social posts, develop an optimal posting schedule, consider web traffic and measure customer engagement metrics.Stay up-to-date with changes in all social platforms ensuring maximum effectivenessLead social media tagging, reporting, and insights using the analytics tools.Work closely with Marketing Director and Brand Managers to evaluate new marketing channels.Utilize Canva and Adobe Creative Suite to create graphics and videos as needed.2+ years of successfully managing a company's social media presence preferred.Working knowledge and understanding of existing social media platforms and algorithms.Proficiency in all major social platform analytics.Strong proficiency in digital trends and best practices.Proactive, collaborative, organized, curious, problem solver.Strong work ethic and ability to work well in both an individual and team setting.Understanding of both ad & website tagging/pixel implementation and measurement.Local to Grapevine/ DFW area requiredOther duties as assigned.
