Reporting to Avigilon's Regional Channel Director, the Channel Account Manager, Video acts as a primary contact for all video solutions selling initiatives with Avigilon Channel Partners in the assigned territory, proactively manages their relationships and deploys sales actions and strategies in order to grow business and meet territory revenue goals.

Responsibilities:Develop relationships with Avigilon Partners, educate the Partners on Avigilon solutions, understand and articulate how Avigilon solutions help them sell more and provide more value to their customers, track and report on account activityAssist Avigilon Channel Partners process orders and returnsWork with Avigilon Channel Partners to ensure that their staff have taken the appropriate training to deploy Avigilon's solutions successfullySupport Motorola's video sales activities in the assigned territory by creating, nurturing, and responding to sales opportunities for products and servicesFinding and developing new markets and determining the net need with end-users through channel partners and engage the Commercial Sales Executives to close the opportunitiesSupport the territory leaders in establishing quarterly and annual sales objectives for the assigned Avigilon Channel Partners in the territoryTrack sales activities using lead and project tracking software databasesCollaborate with colleagues including Commercial Sales Executives, Business Development Managers, Inside Sales, and Sales EngineeringQualifications:

3+ years experience in one of the following: Sales, Video or Physical SecurityPhysical security solutions experience a plusStrong technical acumen and ability to speak towards our products and solutionsAbility to accurately forecast revenue on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basisProven record of achievement in delivering sales results and developing collaborative relationshipsStrong understanding of our go-to-market strategy and sales philosophyExcellent presentation, analytical, verbal and written communication, and time management skillsStrong computer skills with the ability to learn and demonstrate new software at a high levelAbility to travel weekly to territory (San Diego - 50% travel)Having an established client base in the assigned territory is a plus#LI-KF2
