It provides cloud credits, company-wide product discounts, access to Startup Success Managers, and benefits such as technical support and training for early-stage startups.Responsibilities:You will drive paid digital marketing strategy and execution from determining appropriate media plans, bid strategies, advanced analytics, audience segmentation, and insight generation, you'll help shape the marketing of the client Cloud.

You will work with a cross-functional team across Product Marketing, Customer Marketing, Product, Sales and Operations to align the digital marketing strategy with the evolving needs of the business.Develop and manage paid media strategy to meet business objectives while partnering with other regional leads to share best practices globally.Manage Ad Agency team responsible for delivering campaigns, ensuring they achieve growth targets and deliver insights.Work in collaboration with product and sales to identify new ways to optimize funnels for increased campaign effectiveness.Drive media learning agenda and measurement plan prioritizing tests and trials that will ultimately impact positive business growth.

Partner with Client’s Cloud web team to define content and testing needs across the user journey.Experience:4+ years’ experience as a growth/performance marketer, especially with experience in paid media campaigns.Experience with bid management strategies using a range of metrics, including click-through rate (CTR), cost per click (CPC), conversion rate, and return on investment (ROI).Experience using quantitative and qualitative insights to inform growth strategy, roadmap, prioritization, etc.Experience developing relationships and working collaboratively with multiple cross-functional partners.Experience in cloud software or B2B businesses.Knowledge of technical infrastructure to deliver multi-touch attribution, remarketing, and other advanced campaigns.Excellent process and project management skills with the ability to set goals and systematically prioritize growth initiatives.Experience with Ads and Marketing Platforms would be a plus.Skills:Bid StrategiesBidding Analytics MetricsPerformance MarketingGrowth MarketingPaid Media CampaignsEducation:BA (Bachelor of Arts)/BS (Bachelor of Science) degree or equivalent practical work experience.About US Tech Solutions:US Tech Solutions is a global staff augmentation firm providing a wide range of talent on-demand and total workforce solutions.
