As a Marketing Manager, you will be at the forefront of driving our brand forward through strategic marketing initiatives. Your role will involve developing and implementing creative marketing campaigns that will elevate our presence in the market and be part of a team that values collaboration and innovation with room for growth! This position is NOT remote! Responsibilities: • Develop and implement comprehensive cross-channel marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales. • Analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth and development. • Manage all aspects of digital marketing, including social media, email campaigns, and SEO optimization. • Collaborate with the sales team to create promotional materials and support their efforts in reaching revenue targets. • Track and report on key performance indicators such as ROI and SEO engagement to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts and adjust strategies as needed. • Manage VAs on special initiative projects. • Ability to travel 1-2x a month. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Marketing and/or Public Relations • 3+ years of experience in marketing or advertising • Proficiency in social media marketing and digital advertising • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Expert in: Adobe & other editing software, MS Office, Google Docs, Canva, CRM Management & Marketing, Email Campaigns, All Digital Channels, SEO & Click Bait Development • Adept at Event Coordination • Light Graphic Design work • Proven experience in being able to manage multiple projects at once while managing others • Economically driven creativity for growth of company and other subsidiary companies Compensation: $60,000 - $70,000 yearly
