Interior Design Assistant

Company Description:Role DescriptionWe are seeking a talented Interior Design Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating aesthetically pleasing and functional spaces. This role involves collaborating with Head Designer to understand the needs and preferences of their clients, translating concepts into design plans, and overseeing the implementation of projects.Duties:- Assist head designers & create interior design concepts that align with clients' vision and requirements- Develop detailed drawings using software such as AutoCad lite, Revit, and Sketchup- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other professionals to ensure designs are feasible and meet building codes- Manage project budgets, including estimating costs and sourcing materials within budget constraints- Oversee the renovation or construction process to ensure designs are executed accurately- Recommend lighting solutions and coordinate lighting sales for projectsQualifications- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field- Proven experience in interior design, including space planning, material selection, and color coordination- Proficiency in AuotCad lite, Revit, Sketchup, and other design software- Strong understanding of budgeting principles related to interior design projects- Excellent communication skills to liaise with clients, vendors, and team members- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality designsOrganizational skills and attention to detail for project managementIf you are passionate about creating innovative and visually appealing spaces while ensuring functionality and client satisfaction, we invite you to apply for this exciting Interior Designer position.Organizational skills and attention to detail for project management
