Looking for a strong candidate with project management and process improvement experience to develop and manage Marketing Operations Program Management Office (PMO) and strategic visions for technical process optimization. This role will be part of US Web Solutions (USWS)

The Manger role is part of the US Web Solution (USWS) team and focusing on MarOps PMO. The team is part of the Enterprise Communications & MarTech Experiences (ECMX) which sits in Enterprise Digital & Data Solutions (EDDS). The Enterprise MarOps Solutions team is comprised of campaign review and setup teams, data validation and governance teams, and control functions to ensure marketing compliance.

This candidate will be responsible for identifying and advancing enhancements to the campaign execution process that will improve time to market, reduce complexity and improve efficiency for campaign execution. This role will be responsible for leading MarOps PMO, assessing business needs, evaluating teams’ capacity, creating process flows in visio and writing the business requirements. Candidate must be able to function independently, effectively prioritize his/her work, and be willing to bring new ideas to the table.

A large focus for this job will be leading MarOps PMO, project managing process improvement initiatives across ECMX and cross functional teams involved in the end-to-end execution process as well as marketing strategy teams. This role will:

Lead MarOps PMO in close collaboration with Enterprise MarTech PMO and several stakeholders across the enterprise, including Marketing, Operations, Product, Compliance and Enterprise Strategy teams

Establish, maintain, and publish dashboard and reporting for variety of audiences, including Senior Leaders.Distribute and/or present prioritized list of process enhancements on a set cadence

Strategic problem solving and critical thinking at a systems level across people, processes, and technology in a dynamic environment

Lead strategic projects to drive the efficiency and accuracy of offers going to market

Assess the areas of the campaign execution process and marketing capabilities, and make recommendations for optimization initiatives

Gather feedback from key stakeholders and recommend opportunities for streamlining current processes

Manage list of ongoing and future process enhancements, and support change management planning, training and communication activities.

Prioritize opportunities for improvement to campaign execution based on business impact and team capacity

Build relationships and collaborate with internal partner to develop best-in-class processes and unlock value for the enterprise

Qualifications

4 years experience with assessing and designing business processes and technical operations process

Be proficient in all MS Office Applications (especially MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, and MS Visio)

Strong executive presence

Attention to detail with a focus on root cause analysis

Ability to work well with ambiguity

Can establish credibility quickly

Ability to independently work with key business partners in Compliance, OPS Risk, Tech and Marketing

Comfortable at breaking down complex ideas into tactical execution plans

Grace under pressure

Ability to lead cross divisional teams towards achieving common project goals

Ability to handle diverse views while maintaining position that is best for the enterprise

Strong stakeholder and partner relationship building skills

Strong change agent

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Strong power point presentation skills for variety of audiences, including Sr Leaders

Amex/Consulting experience is a plus

Qualifications

Salary Range: $80,000.00 to $155,000.00 annually bonus benefits
