The Senior Learning Services Specialist will lead the design, development, and delivery of training materials in support of enterprise-wide leadership and professional development programs, change management initiatives, and functional and system process enhancements. Materials will include, but are not limited to, PowerPoints, job aids, participant guides, facilitator materials, eLearning courses, and webpages.

What you will be doing:Develop clear, concise and visually impactful instructional materials to support learning transfer and engagement.

Build additional supporting materials using Articulate360, Camtasia, Vyond and other similar software.

Meet due dates for all assigned project deliverables.

Edit, proofread and spell check work for accuracy, completeness and quality prior to review by others.

Assist with continuous course maintenance and improvement, ensuring that content remains current and courses remain workable on our learning management system.

Work with members of the Talent and Development team, subject matter experts and learners to complete project needs assessment and analysis as needed.

Work with internal SMEs to update and develop existing and new eLearning courses.

Lead project intake meetings as necessary and make recommendations of best training approach to stakeholders.

ExperienceRequired: 3 years of experiencePreferred: 5 years of experience

Additional Job RequirementsExperience in instructional design, education, training, graphic design, marketing, or communications.

Other qualifications include high proficiency is design, high level of comfort with computers and technology, experience developing multi-media based training, excellent written and oral communication skills, command of the English language, familiarity with instructional design models and online development tools, and the ability to work effectively with a variety of personalities and communication styles.

Additionally, this person must successfully juggle multiple projects, set priorities and stick to them, successfully learn information quickly, work independently and effectively under pressure, be flexible and willing to perform a variety of tasks on a collaborative team, and be able to learn the Bright Horizons business.

The annual salary for this role is: $65,000.
