Location: Atlanta, GA Hybrid role 3 days in the office/ 2 days remote

Role Purpose

To drive co-brand credit card acquisition and cardholder spend through the planning, development and implementation of direct marketing loyalty programs and campaigns, while leveraging owned and partner channels to deliver against acquisition and spend targets and drive overall IHG One Rewards program engagement while relying on data-driven decisions.

Key Accountabilities

Accountable for delivering relevant partner marekting campaigns - aligning IHG and partner goals - through differentiated strategies, segmentation, A/B test design and measurement to drive co-brand credit card acquisition and cardholder engagement/spend.

Manage day-to-day relationship with Partners and internal teams, including business partners and marketing channel and technology teams. Build strong and trusting relationships across the organization and with the Partner to support overall team objectives.

Manage and develop three (3) direct reports.

Optimize campaign messaging, relevancy and reach through traditional and non-traditional communication vehicles, leveraging business intelligence reporting and analysis to implement automated and event-triggered communication programs.

Evaluate pro-forma and post program/campaign financial analyses, including incremental impact and return on investment, to incorporate findings into future campaigns.

Facilitate planning conversations with cross functional stakeholders and SMEs to align on and set program/campaign objectives prior to launch, ensuring proper performance monitoring and progress readouts to Director at defined intervals (and other senior leadership as needed)

Support new tech/product enhancements and develop strategic marketing plans/roadmaps accordingly.

Key Skills & Experiences

Education

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a relevant field of work or an equivalent combination of education and work related experience.

Experience

Eight or more years of progressive work-related experience with demonstrated proficiency in multiple disciplines/processes related to the position including direct marketing or database marketing experience.

Technical Skills & Knowledge

Experience with campaign management, comms plan development, go-to-market strategies and marketing tools.

Familiarity with direct marketing and analytics techniques and systems (campaign management processes and analysis).

Experience with test-and-learn scenarios and planning matrices, execution across a variety of channels.

Ability to work in an integrated creative environment and to translate customer analytics output into insight for development of creative briefs.

Ability to direct creative process(es) to build compelling messaging and creative concepts.

Experience with identifying marketing opportunities utilizing first and third party information. Ability to translate observations into findings and business-driven outcomes.

Extremely detail oriented, highly organized with excellent time management skills and a technical aptitude for understanding complex systems.

Ability to manage and develop others.

Understand of relationship dynamics between external partners.

Team player with a positive attitude, excellent interpersonal skills and a focus on problem solving.

The salary range for this role is $58,834 to $125,000.

This is the lowest to highest pay scale , and

we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.

We may ultimately pay more or less than the

posted range, and the range may be modified in the future

. An employee’s pay position within the pay range will be based on several factors, including relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs.

**This job is also eligible for bonus pay.
