The successful candidate will play a key role in assisting the marketing manager in our marketing efforts, focusing on building and maintaining relationships with medical distributors and promoting our products to healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities:

Assisting the marketing manager in developing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns to promote our medical products and services.

Planning and executing tradeshows, conferences, sales meetings, and other industry-related events to promote our products and engage with potential customers.

Maintaining relationships with our distributors and updating them with our recent marketing collaterals and their back-end systems with newly launched or existing products.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.

Creating and managing content for various marketing channels, such as websites, social media, email campaigns, and product collateral, like brochures, flyers, price lists, ads, and videos.

Assisting in developing sales support materials, such as product demos, presentations, and case studies, to enable our sales team to promote our products to medical distributors and healthcare professionals effectively.

Assisting the marketing manager in creating and following an annual marketing budget and media plan.

Assisting the marketing manager with any other activities or tasks.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.

Minimum of 1-2 years of marketing experience, preferably in the medical industry on the distribution side or manufacturing side.

Strong understanding of marketing principles and experience with various marketing channels, including digital and event marketing.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.

Proficiency in graphic design and Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign and Photoshop.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Ability to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines.

Advantage:

Candidates with experience working with medical distributors or for a medical manufacturer will have a significant advantage. This experience provides a deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities in the medical industry and established relationships with key stakeholders.
