Primary Function

The Media & Brand Sponsorships Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and management of media and sponsorship initiatives to enhance Newrez brand visibility and engagement. This role will ensure that all media and sponsorship activities align with the company's brand strategy and business objectives.

Principal Duties:

  • Media Planning: Develop and execute media plans that maximize Newrez brand exposure and engagement across various channels, including digital, print, broadcast, and social media.
  • Sponsorship Management: Identify and secure strategic sponsorship opportunities that align with the brand's goals and enhance its market presence.
  • Campaign Execution: Oversee the implementation of media and sponsorship campaigns, ensuring timely and effective execution.
  • Vendor Relations: Manage relationships with media agencies, vendors, and sponsorship partners to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage the media and sponsorship budget, ensuring efficient use of resources and Return on Investment (ROI).
  • Performance Tracking: Establish and monitor KPIs to evaluate the success of media and sponsorship initiatives.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new media opportunities and sponsorship trends.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team, performance marketing team, and creative teams to ensure alignment and synergy in all media and sponsorship efforts.
  • Innovation: Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative approaches to media and sponsorship strategies.
  • Leadership and Development: Mentor and develop the media and sponsorship team, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence.
  • Performs related duties as assigned by management.


Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in media planning and sponsorship management, with a proven track record of successful campaigns.
  • Experience in mortgage industry highly preferred.
  • Financial Services company experience a plus.

  • Media Expertise: In-depth knowledge of media planning and buying across various channels.
  • Sponsorship Savvy: Strong understanding of sponsorship strategies and best practices.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and measure campaign effectiveness.
  • Leadership: Proven leadership experience with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing team.
  • Innovation: Ability to think creatively and incorporate innovative approaches into media and sponsorship strategies.
  • Ability to collaborate with team members to achieve results.

The salary expectation for this position will be in the $95k - $132k range, depending on experience.
