Global Head of Brand Strategy, Creative, and Partnerships, US

The Global Head of Brand Strategy, Creative, and Partnerships will lead the development and execution of comprehensive brand strategies that enhance brand equity, drive business growth, and foster strategic partnerships. This role requires a visionary leader with a deep understanding of global markets, exceptional strategic thinking, and a strong ability to build and nurture partnerships that align with the company's mission and goals.

In this role you can expect to

Key Responsibilities

Brand Strategy Development
  • Develop and implement a global brand strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats, ensuring the brand remains relevant and competitive.
  • Oversee the creation of brand guidelines and ensure consistent application across all touchpoints.

Partnership and Sponsorships Management
  • Identify, evaluate, and establish strategic partnerships that enhance brand visibility and drive business growth.
  • Develop sponsorship strategy and implement relationships to achieve goals.
  • Manage brand engagement with affiliates conducting business using the LHH brand.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key partners, ensuring mutual benefit and alignment with brand values.
  • Negotiate partnership agreements and manage ongoing partner relationships to maximize value.

Campaign Planning and Execution
  • Lead the planning and execution of global brand awareness and engagement campaigns.
  • Develop creative approaches and campaign ideas.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integrated and cohesive campaign strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.

Team Leadership and Development
  • Build and lead a high-performing brand strategy and partnerships team, providing mentorship and development opportunities.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture that encourages creativity and excellence.
  • Set clear performance objectives and regularly review team progress.

Stakeholder Engagement
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align brand strategy with overall business goals and objectives.
  • Manage large scale engagements across The Adecco Group and participate on global brand council.
  • Communicate brand strategy and partnerships initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage all aspects of creative and media agency relationships.

Budget Management
  • Develop and manage the brand strategy and partnerships budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
  • Track and report on budget performance, adjusting as needed to meet financial goals.


All About You
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in brand strategy, marketing, or related roles, with a focus on global markets.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand strategies and partnerships.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse global hybrid team.
  • Excellent strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Experience managing creative agencies and directing creative development.
  • Experience managing budgets and resources effectively.
  • Ability to travel internationally as required.

  • Compensation: $125K - $185K plus bonus opportunity.


Placement within this range is determined based on geographic location, experience, and other compensatory factors.
