Description & Qualifications

About the Team: The Global Employee Communications (GEC) team is seeking a Senior Manager to oversee a team of experts who manage communications channels and all operational aspects of Global Employee Communications.

About the Role: This includes maintaining communication standards, ensuring efficient scheduling and distribution of communications, global translation services, measuring and improving engagement, and enhancing accessibility.

Responsibilities:

  1. Optimize and maintain standards for internal communications distributed by the GEC team.
  2. Ensure all communications meet trust/transparency, smart brevity, and accessibility standards.
  3. Manage the process of maintaining accurate Poppulo distribution lists.
  4. Manage and maintain the company’s intranet and internal communication tools.
  5. Oversee the company newsletter strategy and content creation.
  6. Use performance metrics to identify opportunities to increase engagement.
  7. Support brief surveys of internal audiences to ensure the effectiveness of communication strategies.
  8. Establish KPI benchmarks to measure the engagement and success of GEC campaigns.
  9. Provide regular updates on KPIs to the GEC leadership team.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years in leadership, managing cross-functional marketing teams.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in employee communications, corporate communications, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proficient in communication software, including Poppulo or similar tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with intranet platforms.
  • A commitment to continuous improvement and adaptability.
  • Strong analytical skills and project management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven track record of effectively leading and developing diverse teams.

Pay Transparency for Colorado, New York, Washington and California

The pay range for this position in Colorado, New York, Washington and California is $XX to $XX, however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location.
