Recruiting Solutions is seeking an experienced
AutoCAD Engineer
for a client in the Florence, SC area. This position will primarily support the Engineering department. Responsibilities include interpreting blueprints, drafting in AutoCad, assisting with projects, etc. This is a contract position with a reputable company.
Responsibilities:
Must be capable of reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and build details for the design of electric substations.Drafting support using AutoCad and/or Solid WorksCreating routings for new/revised materials for entry into SAP / SAP ExperienceAssist in managing projects for production development, design criteria, and product improvementCollaborating with designers, engineers, and techniciansAssist in gathering, organizing, and analyzing data relating to Engineering-sponsored projects...including prototype builds, new products, and new process introduction.Provide technical assistance, as needed, to Management, Manufacturing, Purchasing, Quality, and other members of the teamQualifications:
Two year degree or equivalent certification or two-years experience in design engineering or design-related engineering, proven work history of AutoCad/ Drafting / Solid Works knowledge and exposure, and above average computer skills in Microsoft Office Software.
