They are responsible for preparing and producing proposals and planning applications for internal and external partners.**What youll do**+ Prepare prints of various original plans and records for internal and external agency use. Review updated various drawings for changes, utilizing computer-aided drafting techniques.+ Gather data to complete drawings by visiting the site directly. Conduct surveys of space and prepare detailed reports.+ Assist with the development of maps and drawings that are spatially accurate and technically correct.+ Point of contact for internal and external partners to obtain details of projects, including equipment, materials, and codes.+ Collect on-site information and input into database to maintain current building conditions and data.+ Have some knowledge of standard principles with limited practical experience in applying them.+ Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.+ Impact the quality of own work.+ Work within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.+ Exchange straightforward information, asks questions, and check for understanding.**What youll need**+ Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.+ Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems.+ Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments.+ In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
