$40-$56/hr*All applicants must permanently and actively reside in the United States for employment eligibility*Role Overview:The Marketing Assistant/Specialist III will play a crucial role in the execution and governance of email and push marketing campaigns. This position involves analyzing campaign performance and optimizing strategies to maximize engagement and deliver results for the client.Day-to-Day Responsibilities:Provide governance over global email and push marketing channels.Analyze and report on US email and push campaign performance.Build and execute US email and push campaigns.Conduct quality assurance (QA) for US email and push campaigns.Develop and implement targeting strategies for email and push campaigns.Manage calendar optimizations and re-sends of high-performing campaigns to maximize send volume.Must-Haves:Experience:

5+ years of experience in designing and executing digital marketing campaigns, including email, push, mobile, and/or display.Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Excel, including VLookups and Pivot Tables for data analysis.Communication:

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with proven experience coordinating teams and communicating with senior management.Education:

BA/BS degree required.Soft Skills:Detail-oriented with high standards.Confident, self-motivated, and proactive with a strong bias for action.Proven ability to deliver results and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Nice-to-Haves:Experience managing large-scale email/push marketing programs.Familiarity with A/B or multivariate testing methodologies.Experience in customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting.1+ years of experience using SQL for data analysis.Proficiency with analytics tools.KPI:Meeting Service Level Agreements (SLA) for governance.Leveraging insights to drive continuous growth and recommendations.
