POSITION OVERVIEW

As a key leader within the Marketing team, the Senior Brand Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the comprehensive brand marketing strategy across all channels. This role involves leading strategic initiatives and managing the development and implementation of marketing tactics to enhance brand visibility, drive customer acquisition, and elevate the client experience. The Senior Brand Marketing Manager will also act as the primary liaison with external agencies, vendors, and partners, ensuring all marketing efforts align with the brand's core values and mission. This position requires a high level of strategic thinking, leadership, and execution.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Strategic Leadership: Drive the development of the National Marketing strategy, incorporating seasonality trends, client data, and revenue goals.Go-to-Market Strategies: Formulate and implement market strategies, leveraging analytics to increase brand awareness and client acquisition.Marketing Calendars: Innovate and oversee monthly marketing calendars, including social media scheduling.Performance Reporting: Prepare comprehensive marketing activity reports and metrics to assess program success.Content Management: Support and enhance content creation strategies, ensuring all branded content remains relevant and innovative.Local Marketing: Develop and execute Local Marketing Toolkits, New Shop Opening strategies, and Merchandising Playbooks.Partnerships and Collaborations: Partner with shop managers, influencers, and other stakeholders to gather and utilize shop experience content.Campaign Analysis: Collaborate with Marketing Analysts to create weekly reports, analyzing new and existing marketing campaigns.Event Management: Plan and execute brand events both within and outside of clinics.Brand Partnerships: Develop and maintain quarterly brand partnerships with like-minded brands.Retail Relations: Manage relationships with retail property groups and free-standing locations for future marketing opportunities.Project Management: Oversee all Retail Marketing creative briefs, calendars, and presentations.Research and Development: Conduct surveys, focus groups, and other research methods to gain insights on client trends and preferences.Field Communication: Work with operations to produce weekly field marketing communications.Photoshoot Management: Handle branded photoshoots and content days, including agency coordination, model sourcing, and creative direction.Agency Coordination: Serve as the primary contact for external agencies (PR, creative, social media) and manage onboarding processes.Team Onboarding: Oversee the onboarding of new marketing team members, such as coordinators or interns.Budget Management: Set goals and budgets for organic marketing initiatives, partnerships, and events, ensuring alignment with financial plans.Vendor Coordination: Manage product requests and relationships with external vendors.CRM Strategy: Strategize and implement CRM email creative.Influencer Collaboration: Work closely with influencers and content creators to facilitate and produce UGC-style content.Branded Swag: Oversee branded swag processes, including creative development, ordering, and budgeting.ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Presentation Preparation: Create and prepare presentation materials as needed.Market Research: Analyze marketing trends and opportunities for continuous improvement.Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on aesthetic trends to propose new ideas for the in-shop experience.Other Duties: Perform other related duties as requested or assigned.POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Education: BA/BS in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.Experience: Minimum of 6-10 years of progressive marketing experience, with a solid understanding of marketing strategies and management.Leadership: Proven experience in managing teams and external agencies.Skills: Excellent presentation, communication, and project management skills.Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project).Industry Experience: Service-based retail industry experience is a major plus.Team-Building: Effective team-building skills and excellent cross-functional communication.Adaptability: Ability to bring structure to undefined procedures and navigate evolving challenges.Adaptability: 25% domestic travel requiredPAY: $100,000-$120,000 annual salary
