In this role, you will manage the 360-marketing campaign from development and delivery of the marketing timelines, key planning documents and ensure plans adhere to overall business strategy and objectives. You will ensure the campaign enhances the overarching brand story, and drives growth and market share in key regions, and retail partners. You will lead the go-to-market process and drive cross-functional alignment to ensure implementation of on-time, high-impact product launches and core campaigns. You will demonstrate a global perspective in your thinking, and the ability to deliver global plans in partnership with 360 marketing teams that inform regional marketing support and briefs. This position requires a proactive team-oriented individual with an entrepreneurial mindset and passion for beauty and luxury marketing.

The ideal candidate is a forward-thinking, innovative, brand marketer, who is agile, and self-starting. The role requires a blend of strategy, analysis and creativity. Diligent project management, and ability to self-prioritize is critical to achieve deadlines, while maintaining an exceptional attention to detail. Superior communication skills and confidence in managing up to leadership is essential.

WHAT YOU DO:

Support the go-market planning and campaign development through seasonal briefing to cross-functional marketing teams, providing clear strategic direction through completion of 360 campaigns and activation plan development

Lead workback calendar and cross functional collaboration to support ideation, insight-driven tactics and concepts for new product launches, and core franchise initiatives

Partner closely with Copy team to execute all written communication relating to product strategy, including campaign story, key claims / benefits and consumer facing storytelling and engagement driving language.

Conduct ongoing competitor and industry analysis to inform campaign development and optimization of assets

Remain current on market trends and innovations across all relevant industries, bringing vision and insights to campaign planning and 360 execution

Conduct post campaign analysis to track and analyze launches, and overall performance, ensuring key insights and learnings are identified for campaign and marketing strategy

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum 5 years of experience. Luxury beauty or agency experience preferred.

Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field

Experience in integrated marketing, global development, operational marketing and campaign development

A holistic and cross-functional understanding of the luxury beauty industry

Passion for product, specifically makeup and skincare

Must be an excellent communicator, natural networker, team player and highly organized

Proven success leading cross-functional team, and processes

Analytical, with experience tracking and reporting

Adaptable, resourceful, and forward thinking

Global experience/ perspective

Experience working at innovative, fast-paced startups, DTC or indie beauty brands is a plus

Must be able to work from Corporate Office at least 60% of the time.

The expected base salary range for this position is $90,000.00 to $100,000.00. The exact base salary is determined by various factors including experience, skills, education, geographic location, and budget.

This position is also eligible for participation in the company discretionary bonus plan, based on personal performance and company results.
