Marketing Operations Manager.

This Marketing Operations Manager will have marketing automation responsibilities, manage reporting for the Corporate Marketing team, and own our marketing database. They will collaborate with marketers, designers, and sales operations to support crucial strategies that deliver measurable results for multiple brands. As a member of the Corporate Marketing team, this person will be exposed to many facets of the business and will have the opportunity to work on multiple exciting projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

Own key marketing processes like lead flow management, database hygiene, marketing automation, and system integrationLead system diagnosis and troubleshooting and be proactive in flagging system inefficienciesSupport team members on Marketo platform and operations process changes and enforce adherence to processGenerate regular reports on marketing activities, providing insights and recommendations to senior managementDevelop knowledge of our core product offerings, audience selection, marketing tactics, and clientsMaintain the Marketo platform, ensuring seamless integration with other marketing and CRM systems, such as SalesforceGuide us to continually document and adhere to industry best practices for data management, workflow automation, and reportingRequired Skills and Qualifications

2-4+ years of marketing and Marketo experienceFamiliarity with Salesforce, Zapier, Tableau or similar technologyLikely to have B.S/B.A. in Marketing, Business, or related field experienceCollaborative and able to partner effectively with teams across the organizationHighly organized and can balance multiple priorities simultaneouslyAwareness of GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and data privacyFlexible and adaptable through uncertaintyNice to Have

Certification in Marketo, Salesforce, or similar technologyKnowledge of Airtable, Webflow
