Marketing Operations Administrator

The Marketing Operations Administrator brings a blend of creativity, analytical skills and organization providing administrative support across all projects, campaigns and on-going team needs. This position serves a key role in creative asset management and distribution across teams both internally and externally. Responsibilities: Under the guidance of the Creative Services team, the Marketing Operations Administrator will collect assets, manage metadata, and complete the necessary steps for distribution including uploading them to the creative access portal sites for internal and external partners. They will be responsible for ensuring items are up to date and modified when needed including vehicle specifications, sales incentive information, legal language, and disclaimers. To perform the job successfully, the Marketing Operations Administrator will have a can-do attitude, be meticulous about everything asset management and be willing to find out of the box solutions to last minute challenges. The candidate will juggle multiple projects with ease and should be driven, detail-oriented, amicable, a strong collaborator and eager to learn.
